Inviting all readers to my first giveaway!
As mentioned in my previous post, I have too many fabric in stash, would love to share some with all you wonderful people :)
You'll receive 5 different cotton fabric, each one a full meter. Meaning you'll get 5 full meters of fabulous cottony goodness! (1 meter is almost 10% more than 1 yard).
In this stash - 2 designer quilting cotton from Tanya Whelan's Darla and Barefoot Roses Collection. The other 3 fabrics are lightweight, soft 100% cotton.
And yes, this giveaway is open to the whole wide world! :)

Wow - what a generous giveaway. These fabrics are all gorgeous! I'm a big fan of the Tanya Whelan fabrics but unfortunately they aren't readily available here in New Zealand and when they are they cost a fortune. I've just made a shirred sundress for my 2 year old which was a lot of fun so I would use the fabric to make some more.

With the Tanya Whelan fabrics I would combine them to make a tote bag, journal cover, clutch and a Notepad Holder and I'd buy a pink pen! the other 3 fabrics. The first two I would use to make a simple squared patchwork table cloth for my kitchen nook, and the last one would be cut up and combined with solids for some kind of wonky log cabin. Love your sewing inspirations!

Of course a million thing pop into my head when I see pictures of pretty fabric. Of course I"d start with a purse.I'd use the pink and the blue one to contrast each other. I adore butterflies so I'd gaze at the brown one for a while before deciding a craft worthy of it's cuteness. When I'm done the scraps would get used up as mini gift bags. I love fabrics with a history that didn't come to me straight off the bolt :)

The first fabric calls for a layered gypsy skirt, second fabric would looks fab as a full twirly skirt, thrid and fourth fabrics will look great as dresses, and the last one would be a top!

i love vintage dresses and usually i buy it online or at bundle shops and pasar malam but it didn't fit me well. so, if i win this i would love to make vintage-like dresses out of those fabrics. it'll be gorgeous!! longsleeve dress, full length, knee length, u name it! that'll feel like heaven!
and of course, one of it will be made as a maxi dress for my mom because she loves maxi dresses and it'll be nice to add another one to her collection :)
